Spatulas ready; Hurst House Cookery School is back in class under the expert guidance of Consultant Chef Martin Blunos. See Martin hosting special cooking demonstrations – exhibiting his inimitable culinary flair – and passing on tips and tricks for making the most of the home grown goodness at his fingertips. With a career that encompasses two Michelin stars; an award-winning restaurant and much TV experience, Martin’s menus are inspired by the hotel’s lovingly tended organic kitchen gardens.
Your experience will include a hugely informative tour of the gardens courtesy of Head Gardener & horticulturalist David Butt; followed by a cookery demonstration with Martin.
An exciting morning of culinary delights is followed by a light two course lunch in the restaurant, leaving enough time to relax in the spa before a gourmet dinner with specially selected wines.
Two night culinary adventures are available for those who just can’t get enough of gastronomic treats. Take advantage of an extended stay and enjoy afternoon tea after your light lunch followed by an evening of sensational food and wine from our House Menu.
